1. Versatile Work Area Sizes

The Fusion Ascent offers three workspace options:
24” x 12”
24” x 24”
36” x 24”
The machine features a table-top design, with an optional pedestal stand available to fit various production environments.

2. Dual Laser Source Options

Epilog CO₂ RF: 30W / 40W / 60W / 80W
JPT MOPA Fiber: 30W or 60W
(Note: The Ascent series does not support dual-source configurations.)

3. Quick-Change Optics

The engraving head system has been completely redesigned with a quick-change lens mechanism:
Simple assembly and disassembly.
Reduced dust accumulation for cleaner engraving quality.
Fast cleaning, significantly reducing maintenance time.
This is a critical innovation for optimizing workflow in continuous production environments.

4. Magnetic Linear Encoder on X-Axis

A magnetic linear encoder is integrated directly onto the X-axis, providing:
High precision across the entire work area.
Consistent engraving quality even at maximum speeds.
A new design that minimizes the cleaning issues encountered in previous generations.

5. Engraving Speeds up to 120 IPS

The Fusion Ascent reaches engraving speeds of 120 IPS—the fastest in its class on the market today. This factor significantly boosts productivity for workshops and scaling businesses.

6. Front-to-Back Passthrough Option

The machine supports an optional Passthrough Conversion Kit, allowing for the processing of long materials from front to back. The kit includes a Class 4 training module to ensure full safety compliance.

Optimized airflow for more efficient smoke and debris removal.
X-axis Servo Motor for smooth and precise movement.
Integrated positioning cameras supporting high-resolution print-to-cut and image alignment.
