The STALLION-XL-STATION features a heavy-duty steel enclosure that ensures high rigidity and stability during laser processing. The machine integrates a sealed laser chamber and an industrial fume extraction system to maintain a clean, safe and operator-friendly working environment.

The ergonomic workstation design supports both seated and standing operation, providing comfort during long-duration usage. The machine is also fitted with caster wheels for easy relocation within the shop floor or production line.

High-Performance Laser Processing – Multi-Source Integration

The system supports a wide range of premium OEM laser heads, offering maximum flexibility for various materials and applications:

  • Fiber Laser (30W / 60W / 120W MOPA) – high-speed metal engraving with sharp marking quality and excellent permanence
  • CO₂ Laser 30W – ideal for non-metal materials such as plastics, rubber, wood, leather and frosted glass
  • UV Laser 5W – ultra-fine marking with minimal thermal effect, suitable for electronics, medical components and transparent plastics

With its modular architecture, users can easily swap between laser sources without investing in an entirely new system.

Large Working Envelope – Suitable for Diverse Production Needs

The standard 150×150 mm marking field (optional 250×250 mm) and a spacious 650×500×300 mm working chamber allow for processing large workpieces or multiple parts at once.

With a maximum component height of 300 mm, the STALLION-XL-STATION is suitable for nameplates, metal housings, mechanical components and heavy industrial assemblies. The chamber can also accommodate custom jigs, small-part fixtures or modular tooling to enhance repeatability and mass-production throughput.
