INTRODUCTION
The Namson PowerMARK 100W Trolley Version is a handheld laser marking system using advanced Fiber laser technology, manufactured by Namson – the leading provider of material processing laser equipment in Vietnam. The Namson PowerMARK 100W Trolley Version is designed to be compact, portable, and easy to apply for a variety of engraving and cleaning needs.
In addition to inheriting the superior advantages of previous portable laser marking systems, this fiber laser marking system version has been improved with a modern, convenient, and ergonomic design.
Fiber laser source with various power
The PowerMARK Mobility laser marking system line uses the latest fiber laser technology with a power source of up to 500W (available options from 20W to 500W), capable of engraving on almost all technical materials, especially metals.
Highly stable engraving head
The PowerMARK laser marking system is developed with a highly stable Scanlab (Germany) engraving head. Superfast engraving speed (Positioning: 10,000mm/s – Engraving: 2,500mm/s), helping to achieve the highest productivity in the shortest time.Various lenses are available (Default: 100mm / Optional: 70mm, 175mm), and lenses can be easily removed for inspection and cleaning.
Ultra-small beam diameter
With a wavelength of 1064nm, the Fiber laser source produces a beam with an ultra-small focal diameter of only 50μm, allowing the Namson PowerMARK laser marking system to increase processing density by 100 times compared to a CO2 laser marking system with the same power.
Long life helps save costs
The PowerMARK Fiber laser marking system has a theoretical lifespan of up to 100,000 hours, helping you save both costs and maintenance time.
