PowerMARK UV laser marking machine, loading/unloading module, marking control software, camera vision for auto-positioning, fume extractor, vision error checking (optional),…

PowerMARK PMA-PCB 0404-U020AL-00-B1-10, can be integrated inline with SMT system, load PCB from other line un-stacker to marking/cutting station and process laser marking/cutting automatically. By integrate with other options, fully operation from loading, positioning, marking, checking, NG eliminating, unloading, are all linked and automatically processed. Data log for production, Good/NG product can be available as per requirement. PMA-PCB 0404-U020AL-00-B1-10 are equipped with common I/O for PLC and automation integration with other manufacturing systems.
