PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

NAMSON POWERCUT S1350-DC laser fiber cutting machine with high power fiber laser and large working bed, exchange table, enclose cover, providing optimum solutions for sheet metal cutting applications in many industries. NAMSON POWERCUT S1350-DC with multiple options of working size, laser power levels will meet most of the need of sheet metal cutting regarding product volume, thickness, and multiple materials.

FEATURES

	High quality fiber laser source with diverse power. NAMSON POWERCUT S1350-DC cutting machine uses high quality fiber laser source from SPI (UK) / Trumpf (Germany) (IPG optional) with a power from 200W – 20.000W that feature patented anti-reflection reserve technology with a patented PIPA guide for increased durability and minimized the possibility of laser source damage when cutting metal. The laser source equipped on this cutting machine operates in CW or Modulated mode, with the ability to change the beam continuously in real-time to increase cutting efficiency especially with thick material. In addition, laser source is also intergrated with real-time laser power and temperature tracking feature and piercing detect function help improve effectiveness of thick metal cutting Optional realtime beam quality changing VariMODE (patented) make the beam more flexible in cutting process that match to different cutting phases.
	Sturdy cutting bed, high quality components Cutting bed of NAMSON POWERCUT S1350-DC is a Double-Axis Drive System with 200mm wall solid welded steel frame construction, through industrial strength handling steps, durable operation at high speed, ensuring operation over 15 years. Reduced operation and maintenance time because of the simple open structure. The illumination system below the beam axis helps to determine the state and quality of cutting samples at every position in the working area. Components of laser systems such as ball sliders, high pressure valves, Servo motors, which have high quality from reputable brands: Yaskawa, THK, Gambini,…bring stability to the machine.
	Laser cutting head has high stability  There are many manufacturers of laser cutting heads such as Rofin (USA), Raytools (Switzerland), WSX (China), but Namson has chosen LaserMech laser cutting heads (USA) with optical systems has high stability for laser power at 1.5kW. The cutting head has a thermal sensor to help protect the optical system, minimizing the risk of overheating. Futhermore, the focal length can be adjusted automatically or manually, thus productivity is also higher than those that use only cutting heads that manually adjust focus. The protective mirror in the cutting head can be easily detached for inspection and cleaning. The configuration is designed to be flexible, optimizing the laser diameter choice.
