Compact, stylish design 

GCC LaserPro C180II laser marking machine is designed to give users an enjoyable engraving experience. The overall dimensions of the machine are approximately 458 mm x 305 mm x170 mm. Underneath the stylish interior is a full 458mm – 305mm working area.

Select the power of the CO2 laser source according to the needs

C180II uses sealed CO2 laser source with power from 12 – 40 watts. At 30 watts, the GCC LaserPro C180II can cut 10mm Mica apart in one go and easily engrave materials at a depth of 100mm – 150mm in just over 1 minute. It can also deeply engrave ⅛”on wood – used to make decorations easily.

Maximum working efficiency by Closed-loop DC Servo motor

The C180 II takes advantage of the maximum working potential of close-loop DC Servo motor to help the engraving head move quickly and accurately. Combining the close-loop DC Servo mortor with the reliable DuraGuide motion system produces unmatched marking accuracy.

SmarPIN AutoFocus feature

With SmartPIN AutoFocus, uniquely designed only on GCC’s laser series, it makes focusing a one-touch process and provides the accuracy and precision required for optimum quality even on transparent materials. In particular, it can be easily and quickly inserted and removed at any time.

Unique SmartBOX feature

 Along with that, SmartBOX feature is also integrated on this series, it works in conjunction with the ventilation fan to suck the material down and keep it snugly against the table top. This is a unique feature that is useful when engraving paper, foil, film or fabric that tends to ripple, curl, or move around during engraving.

Moving the engraving head is easy

And another very innovative feature found on all GCC lasers is the ability to move the engraving head to the hand-engraved starting point. (called “Drag – N – Carve”). This is a feature based on Servo Motor that simplifies operation, shortens set-up time, and is user-friendly. The user can also use a feature called SmartCENTER, which allows the user to place the top left and bottom right corners of an item into the work area, and then the laser will determine the center of the object.

The ability to manually pull the engraving head to the engraving start point or use SmartCENTER makes it simple to engrave almost anything, even strangely shaped objects that take a long time to set up.là SmartCENTER.

TrueImage image engraving feature

In addition, the GCC LaserPro C180II also features TrueImage. TrueImage depicts the images in their most vivid form using a uniquely designed laser beam algorithm.

Internal LED Lighting

Internal LED lighting illuminates the working space giving a clear view of the work in progress. Big red button located on the top of the machine allows operators to stop the laser and the motion carriage immediately to provide highly safety operation.

Easy-to-use control panel

GCC LaserPro C180II engraving machine is equipped with control panel mounted on the upper right side of the cabinet and power switch mounted in the lower right. This prevents the operator from accidentally turning off the laser while working. The control panel features a four-line LCD display for simple operation and offers many of the same features as GCC’s huge Spirit GX laser engraving system.
