PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Namson PowerExtract Fume Extractor are designed for filtrating hazardous fumes and dusts which is generated in the process of laser marking metal / soldering / welding / beauty work/ lab/ nail salon / hair salon, etc. The main function of them is protecting the health of the employees, keeping the machines performance and decreasing environment pollution. Meantime,it can increase product quality, reduce potential cost. PowerExtract included two models PE-500S and PE-500SG.

Compact design makes it easy to move

Namson PowerEXTRACT 500S has demension of 450x450x880 mm with a total weight of approximately and 500SG has demension of 720x640x880 mm with a total weight of approximately 70 Kg, easy to move, in addition, the machine also designed small stands, convenient to place and reduce power consumption.

The machine cabinet is welded and painted firmly, ensuring discreetness 

Namson PowerEXTRACT PE-500S/SG cabinet is welded and painted firmly, has high corrosion resistance, and is made of special materials to minimize noise (≤ 50 dBA) when operating.

The brushless blower system operates smoothly and has a long service life.

The PE-500S / SG is equipped with a European brushless blower system with a power of 345W. It operates smoothly and stably, the rotation speed is fast, the service life is at least 30,000 hours, and it saves energy.

Three layers filter modules to make sure most fumes & particles to be filtrated

Special parts is equipped on this fume extractor are 3 filters including primary filter, level filter F8, main filter. The filters are capable of capturing contaminated dust through a minimum of 99.7% of fine dust particles. That said, these filters are extremely effective in filtering the contaminated dust and harmful particles after laser cutting / engraving / welding, making the working environment clean, pollution-free, and healthy for users.
