PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Namson PowerCUT SF – Laser Cutting Machine Series is a laser fiber solution for high-speed processing of metal plate. A compact size laser system with powerful fiber laser source, Namson PowerCut delivers an easy way to operate laser cutting system which yields spectacular cutting edges. The machine has high cutting efficiency and small working area, which is suitable for small and medium-sized factories in any industries. PowerCUT SF Series models include: PCU-SF-3415I, PCU-SF-3430I.

FEATURES

	High quality fiber laser source with diverse power. NamSon PowerCUT SF Series cutting machine uses high quality fiber laser source from SPI (UK) with a power of 150W – 3kW, designed to cut bright metals such as aluminum, brass, copper, silver, and gold,… and with anti-reflection reserve technology of SPI QUBE and a patented PIPA beam guide for increased durability and minimized the possibility of laser source damage when cutting metal. The laser source equipped on this cutting machine operates in CW or Modulated mode, with the ability to change the beam continuously in real-time to increase cutting efficiency especially with thick material. In addition, laser source is also integrated with real-time laser power and temperature tracking feature.
	Laser cutting head has high stability Equipped with LaserMech laser cutting heads (USA-USA) with optical systems has high stability for most of laser power levels. Optional cutting head model from Precitec (Germany – Germany), Raytool (Swiss – China). The cutting head has a thermal sensor to help protect the optical system, minimizing the risk of overheating. Furthermore, the focal length can be adjusted automatically or manually, thus productivity is also higher than those that use only cutting heads that manually adjust focus. The protective mirror in the cutting head can be easily detached for inspection and cleaning. The configuration is designed to be flexible, optimizing the laser diameter choice.
	Easy-to-use control software Namson PowerCUT SF Series control software allows users to control all the features easily on one interface such as saving processing files as requested working motion and cutting state display, supporting DXF & international G code NC files, cutting calculation automatically, supporting to change the cutting position and processing direction.
