LASER CUTTING COHERENT EXACTCUT 430

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION 

Máy cắt Laser ExactCut is a compact laser cutting system for handling thin and thick metals and alloys, as well as brittle materials such as sapphire, PCD and ceramics. Built on a high precision granite motion module and powered by the latest in fiber laser technology, the ExactCut significantly reduces integration and qualification time as it ships with pre-programmed process parameters for the desired application.

FEATURES

Precision control system 

The module of the ExactCut 430 includes a direct driven X Y Z axis system combined with a Servo motor for cutting products with high precision over a 500 x 400 x 200 mm working area

High quality fiber laser beam
Coherent ExactCut 430 uses StarFiber 150 P laser source with fiber laser technology that combines high pulse energy and maximum power with high beam quality, high electrical efficiency, low maintenance, compact design. This is an economical solution for cutting needs.

The cutting head is stable
Accompanying StarFiber 150 P laser source, ExactCut 430 has integrated FLBK 60 cutting head with very high precision, unprecedented stability, and easy replacement of protective glasses.

Touch screen control
The Coherent ExactCut 430 is equipped with a 17 “”touch screen on the outside, accompanied by a Beckhoff CNC controller with HMI for simple operation and offers many features for users.
