The GCC LaserPro FMC 280 – gantry laser machine – A compact size laser system with powerful fiber laser source, GCC LaserPro delivers an easy way to operate fiber laser cutting system which yields spectacular cutting edges. The FMC 280 is a cutting specialist engineered for performance and produces excellent output quality, good for specialized engineering projects, prototyping, education and customization jobs. 	A Closed-loop DC servo motor A Closed-loop DC servo motor can deliver greater continuous shaft power at higher speeds than a stepper of the same frame size. In addition, It can also give far greater accuracy due to the continuous movement, instead of constant stopping and starting. GCC LaserPro high speed closed-loop DC servo motor technology guarantees precise and fast carriage movement with exceptionally accurate outputs.
	Programmable Origin Modes  Easy-to-use multiple position modes allow the operators an effortless way to setup a job with Drag-N- Play. Repetitive workflows can be drastically simplified by relocating the origin position to any desired location.
	Key Switch & Emergency Stop Key switch safeguards the machine from unauthorized use. Prominent emergency button located on the top of the machine allows operators to stop the laser and the motion carriage immediately to provide a safe operating environment.

	Bridge Cutting Bridge Cutting function diversifies the laser cutting into packaging prototyping and fulfill versatile requirements. Define the cutting gap to create the dashed line effect from user friendly print driver interface.
	Rotary Chuck – S290LS/FMC280 – Optional Handy rotary chuck to work with cylindrical metal objects like pipes, engineering parts, and even spherical objects with tilt angle. In addition to the standard X, Y, Z axis, the rotary Chuck allows for a fourth axis which rotates the object 360° to allow for engraving and cutting on spherical objects. The diameter range of the to-be-engraved object is 0.5mm to 120mm and the max. length of the object is 410mm. Its maximum weight should not exceed 4kgs.

 

OPTIONAL/FACILITY REQUIREMENTS

 

	Supporting Pin Relocatable Supporting Pins sustain working piece together with Magnetic Fixtures to reduce laser reflection and residues to the rear side of working media presenting nice cutting quality.
	SmartAIR Ultra Nozzle SmartAIR Ultra Nozzle delivers assisted gas to media with extended length when cutting thicker metals, result in clear cutting edge.
	Thin Metal Film Clamping Device Not only thick metal, but also thin metal films or metal meshes can be handled by the FMC280 laser cutting system. Thin metal films can be easily thermally distorted and its flatness affected by high pressure assisted gas during high power laser cutting process; meanwhile precise focal distance is critical to the quality of laser cutting. The GCC LaserPro team therefore develops the Thin Metal Film Clamping Device to keep thin metal materials flat without curls caused by the high pressure assisted gas and thermal distortion during laser cutting process to maintain the cutting quality. The working area of Thin Metal Film Clamping Device is 458mmx305mm (18”x12”).
	Rotary Chuck The rotary Chuck for LaserPro Spirit GLS is a handy tool used for engraving on cylindrical or spherical objects. In addition to the standard X, Y, Z axis, the rotary Chuck allows for a fourth axis which rotates the object 360° to allow for engraving on cups, wine glasses, and even spherical objects. The diameter range of the to-be-engraved object is 0.5mm to 120mm and the max. length of the object is 410mm. Its maximum weight should not exceed 4kgs. *Please note that the Rotary Attachment is not able to work with AAS module at the same time.
	Magnetic Fixture Arrange Magnetic Fixtures to hold working piece firmly with flexibility to accommodate different cutting paths, the cutting quality is ensured with consistent focal distance between working piece and cutting head.
