Nam Son - Optimal integrated laser solution for businesses
Laser Cutting Machine ExactCut is a compact laser cutting system for handling thin and thick metals and alloys, as well as brittle materials such as sapphire, PCD and ceramics. Built on a high precision granite motion module and powered by the latest in fiber laser technology, the ExactCut significantly reduces integration and qualification time as it ships with pre-programmed process parameters for the desired application.
Epilog’s smallest laser, the Zing 16 laser machine, features a 16″ x 12″ (406 x 305 mm) work area with 30 and 40-watt laser options, while the Zing 24, provides a larger 24″ x 12″ (610 x 305 mm) work area with 30, 40, 50, and 60-watt laser options.
The Epilog Zing Laser series is equipped with a High-speed Stepper Motor that will provide high resolution cutting and engraving quality. In addition, Epilog’s CO2 Laser waveguide is designed entirely of metal, providing higher beam quality and longer life with low recharge costs.
There are 3 ports to connect your computer to the Epilog Zing: Ethernet, USB, and wireless.
The Zing’s Red Dot Pointer helps users easily identify the exact position to be engraved in the machine’s allowed working area.
Zing Laser uses the print driver that allow you to control all the laser’s features from one convenient, user-friendly interface.

Depending upon the material, you may notice some flare-ups as the laser is cutting. While not dangerous to you, it can scorch the edges of the material. To mitigate this problem, Epilog includes the Air Assist Curtain assembly as standard equipment on all Zing Laser systems.

Now you can engrave wine bottles, mugs, glasses, flashlights or any other cylindrical item up to 5.25″ (133.4 mm) in diameter on the Epilog Zing Laser. So intuitive and easy to use, you can switch from one glass to the next in seconds – without even removing the attachment from the engraver. In addition, the machine also provides the correct aspect ratio, so no need to enter diameter or circumference calculations. The Rotary Attachment is not available for the Zing 16.
PhotoLaser Plus takes photo engraving with your Epilog Zing Starter Series laser to the next level by easily processing photos for engraving on all types of materials. Epilog Laser has partnered with CADLink to bring you the industry’s best photo processing software: PhotoLaser Plus. The easy-to-use software interface and powerful photo processing tools allow you to create the highest-quality photo engravings.
The Vector Cutting Grid on the Epilog Zing laser is used to lift materials being cut above the work surface. This allows the laser beam to pass cleanly through the material you are cutting and greatly reduces underside reflections.
The air space below the vector grid is connected to the exhaust, so smoke is removed not only from the top side of the material, but also from the underside.
